Inside a clean Mercury window, the Moon does the fine sorting. It changes sign every two to three days, so the grades flicker even in a good month.
Two Moon rules matter most for a signature. First, a waxing Moon, growing toward full, the oldest rule for anything you want to build on. Second, avoid the void-of-course Moon, the gap between the Moon's last major aspect and its next sign change, when tradition says agreements tend to go nowhere. In 2027, 145 days have more than 4 void hours in the UTC day.
A small extra for paperwork: the Moon in Mercury's own signs, Gemini and Virgo, gets a point. 18 of 2027's Best or Good contract days fall with the Moon there, including Jan 18, Jan 19, Mar 14, Mar 15.

What does change is how much choice you have. A landlord sets the move-in date. A new employer sets the start date. So use the grades to pick what you can control: the day you countersign, the day you send the signed copy back, the day you formally accept.
Accepting a job also starts a job, and that has its own rules (they skip Venus and favor cardinal-sign Moons). Switch the checker to "Start a new job" for those.
