Saturn squares the US Sun and opposes US Saturn

Saturn entered Aries on Feb 14, 2026 (UTC). Aries sits at right angles to Cancer, so a Saturn in early-to-mid Aries leans on the cluster of US planets in early-to-mid Cancer one at a time.
First it squared US Venus (Mar 5 to Mar 20, 2026) and US Jupiter (Mar 28 to Apr 12, 2026). Then it reached the US Sun at 13°19′ Cancer, exact on Jun 15, 2026; Sep 6, 2026 and Mar 3, 2027. The back-and-forth comes from Saturn's own retrograde: it stationed retrograde on Jul 26, 2026 at 14°45′ Aries and direct on Dec 10, 2026 at 7°56′ Aries.
In the same stretch Saturn opposes the US Saturn at 14°48′ Libra (Jun 24 to Aug 29, 2026 and Mar 8 to Mar 23, 2027), the half-way point of Saturn's 29-year cycle. Astrologers read the opposition as a check-in on whatever structures were built at the last Saturn return.

Neptune moved into Aries on Jan 26, 2026, the start of a stay that runs into the late 2030s. Its first job in the US chart is a long square to US Venus at 3°06′ Cancer: Mar 30 to Jun 3, 2026; Aug 12 to Oct 30, 2026; Jan 24 to Mar 25, 2027 and Nov 16 to Dec 31, 2027. Neptune moves so slowly that the windows overlap the seasons.
From spring 2027 Neptune moves on to square US Jupiter at 5°56′ Cancer (Apr 17 to Oct 9, 2027).
In the tradition, Venus is values, money and alliances, and Jupiter is growth and confidence. Neptune softens and blurs whatever it touches: ideals rise, edges get hazy. Read it as a period when what the country values is up for re-imagining, a question rather than an outcome.

The full window within 1° runs Jul 5 to Sep 6, 2027 and Sep 25 to Nov 30, 2027, then once more around May 11, 2028. Because Uranus at this degree is the same in every July 4 chart, this is one of the few US transits that does not depend on the time debate at all.

Jupiter through Cancer, Leo and Virgo
Jupiter spent the first half of 2026 in Cancer, the US Sun sign, and crossed US Mercury at 24°12′ Cancer (May 28 to Jun 6, 2026) before opposing US Pluto (Jun 14 to Jun 23, 2026). It entered Leo on Jun 30, 2026, days before July 4, and Virgo on Jul 26, 2027.
In late 2027 Jupiter in Virgo conjoins US Neptune at 22°25′ Virgo (Nov 8 to Nov 20, 2027). Jupiter contacts are quick, a week or two each, so they are the light touches in a timeline dominated by the slow planets.

If you use the Sibly chart (5:10 PM), Neptune and Saturn crossed the US IC, the point opposite the Midheaven at 1°09′ Libra, in early 2026 (Neptune Feb 2 to Mar 30, 2026 and Oct 29, 2026 to Jan 25, 2027; Saturn Feb 16 to Mar 4, 2026). With the Gemini or Scorpio chart, these hits simply do not exist. That is the honest limit of any "USA chart" forecast built on angles.
