A common mix-up: some people count 'age 1 equals 1st house', which would put 25 in the 1st house. The Hellenistic method starts at birth instead. The year from birth to your first birthday is age 0, the 1st house. So age 1 is the 2nd house, 13 is the 2nd, and 25 is the 2nd.
