For a while the internet ran on a tweet. Billie once posted "11:30 am dec 18th 2001" herself, and that time spread to every chart site going. Then a copy of her birth certificate surfaced, and it says 12:17 PM. Astro-Databank moved the entry to the new time and gave it the top grade, AA.
Those 47 minutes are not trivia. At 11:30 the horizon was still in Pisces. By 12:17 it had crossed into Aries, at 5°24′. So if you have seen "Billie Eilish Pisces rising" in an old screenshot, now you know where it came from.
One small detail we like: the certificate does not carry the middle names "Pirate Baird" you will find on Wikipedia. The archive notes that too. It is a good reminder that a certificate and a fan wiki are not the same kind of source.
