Uranus in Gemini for Leo Rising: new company

From 2019 until April 2026 Uranus was in Taurus, the 10th house of career and reputation for Leo rising. Many Leo risings changed job, field or public role in those years. The short dip into Gemini between 7 July and 8 November 2025 was the first time the focus slid from what you do to who you do it with: a new group invited you in, or an old one stopped feeling like yours.

The main 11th house period started on 26 April 2026 and lasts until 3 August 2032. Uranus then returns to Gemini from 12 December 2032 until 22 May 2033. It is retrograde as of October 2026, after its station on 10 September at 5°42′ Gemini, and will station direct on 8 February 2027.

The aspect to a Leo Ascendant degree is a sextile, which is easy and opportunity-shaped. A Leo Ascendant at 9° has its three passes on 29 July 2027, 3 November 2027 and 13 May 2028. Those months are the likeliest for an introduction that matters, or a group that changes your plans for the better.

Suppose your social life has run through one group chat for six years: school friends, a few partners, a running joke nobody remembers starting. Under Uranus in the 11th that chat goes quiet, partly because people move and partly because you stop posting in it. A smaller, newer set of people takes its place. Nobody fell out. The group simply stopped being the centre of things.

Or a Leo rising architect whose professional contacts all came from her first firm. In 2028 she joins a design collective she found online, and three years later most of her work comes from people she met there. The 11th house is where networks live, and Uranus replaces them with ones that suit the person you have become.

A third case concerns the goal rather than the people. Someone who spent a decade aiming for partner at a law firm realises, around the time Uranus reaches the degree of their Ascendant, that they want to teach instead. The ambition does not shrink; it changes direction, and the friends who matter are the ones who come along.

Uranus rules Aquarius, your 7th house, and Pluto has been in Aquarius since 2024. So both the ruler of your partnership house and a second outer planet in that house are involved, and they trine each other five times between 18 July 2026 and 10 May 2028. Friendships and partnerships feed each other in these years: a partner introduces you to a new group, or a friend becomes a partner, or a business partnership grows out of a network.

Mercury disposits Gemini and rules your 11th and 2nd, so income often follows the new connections. Saturn and Neptune are both in Aries, your 9th house, through these years; Saturn until 13 April 2028. Study, travel or a change of belief can be the reason you meet a different kind of person.

• Leo risings born between late 2003 and May 2010 have natal Uranus in Pisces, in the 8th house. Transiting Uranus in the 11th makes their first Uranus square in their early twenties, often a break between the friends they had and the commitments they take on.
• Jupiter in Virgo, your 2nd house, squares Uranus on 10 September 2027, linking money to the network: a fee, a funding round, a shared expense in a group.
• In 2031 Jupiter in Sagittarius, your 5th, opposes Uranus three times. Romance, children or a creative project then pull against your commitments to groups.
• Planets you were born with in Gemini are in your 11th, and Uranus crosses each one in turn on the dates in the hub's degree table.

When Uranus enters Cancer on 3 August 2032, and finally on 22 May 2033, it moves into your 12th house of retreat and private life. After seven years of new company, the next transit asks for time alone. The friends who last through both are usually the ones who were found in the Gemini years.
