February is short, and its voids are not. Twelve windows fit into 28 days, and one of them is among the longest of 2027: right after the New Moon in Aquarius, the Moon reaches Pisces, joins Mercury there and then goes nearly two full days without another Ptolemaic contact before reaching Aries.
That timing matters if you were eyeing Valentine's week. The long Pisces void sits just ahead of it, so a first date, a proposal or a big romantic gesture planned for the days after the Moon enters Aries lands on fresh lunar ground. Dreamy Pisces energy is lovely for daydreaming about the person. It is the traditional worst time to send the risky text.
The flip side is the very short void in Libra late in the month, under three hours, the kind you can barely notice. Shorter windows like that are why reading the actual table beats a vague rule of thumb.

February has the fewest voids of any month in 2027, just twelve, simply because it is short. The hours still pile up: two of those twelve run well past a day. The Capricorn void that opens on February 3 after a square to Saturn lasts close to forty hours, and the Pisces one from the 8th to the 10th lasts almost forty-seven.
Venus and the Sun each close three windows. The Sun's three come in a tidy row on the 11th, 14th and 16th, as the Moon walks from Aries to Gemini. Venus starts the month with a conjunction in Sagittarius, opposes the Moon from Cancer on the 17th and trines it from Virgo on the 22nd.
At the other end of the scale, four voids are under four hours, including two under two and a half: the Sagittarius one on February 2 and the Libra one on the 24th. Mars closes the last two voids of the month, a sextile and then a square, so February ends on a brisk note.

Two windows will eat whole working days: the Capricorn void from midday UTC on February 3 to the early hours of the 5th, and the Pisces void that runs from the 8th into the 10th. If you have a deadline in that first fortnight, set it for February 6 or the 10th. Valentine's Day itself has a Taurus void from 07:58 to 15:58 UTC, so evening plans in Europe and the Americas sit clear of it.
