It is the house of the long view. A cluster there means the person is not content with the facts in front of them and spends a good part of life going somewhere else, on a plane or in a library, to find the bigger pattern.

The planets name what kind of search. The Sun in the 9th is the student for life, the emigrant, the person whose identity is built around a philosophy or a faith.
